2023 Boots, BBQ & Booze VIP Party RSVP Form

Thank you for RSVPing for the 2023 Boots, BBQ & Booze VIP Party hosted by the American Royal Chairman's Club and BOTAR! This form provides us with an accurate headcount for food and beverage at the party. Guests of American Royal Governors, BOTAR or Chairman's Club members are encouraged to contribute a suggested donation of $40.

When: Friday, September 29th, 6pm-10pm
Where: Kansas Speedway Victory Lane
Note: All guests must be on the RSVP list - there will be no additions the night of the party.

All non-Governors MUST purchase or possess a World Series of BBQ ticket to gain entry into Kansas Speedway. Tickets/wristbands can be purchased at americanroyal.com or at the gate to the Speedway as you arrive.

Gate Entry on Friday or Saturday only. Gate hours: Friday: open at 3pm. Saturday; open at 11am. Ticket Valid for a single entry - no re-entry allowed. Ticket admission includes admission into the event grounds. Food, beverage, and vendor goods available for purchase.
