Applications to judge the 2021 American Royal BBQ have closed. If you are interested in judging this year - we invite you to come down to the BBQ on Saturday and/or Sunday to be an alternate. This does not guarantee your judging spot but seats may open up! Please refer to the cook's schedule for timing of judging if you do want to join an as alternate.
